Christian Häfelfinger, Commune Administrator
The Commune Administrator is responsible for the operational management of the commune administration. Reporting to him are seven department heads and two staff members. He coordinates the administrative work, represents the commune administration to the outside world and to the commune council. He attends the weekly commune council meetings in an advisory capacity.
Organisational form
The commune administration is made up of seven departments. Since 2006 it has been run in accordance with the principles of effect-oriented administration.
